Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns
The procedure for returning purchased products is detailed in Chapter 7 of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) published on the El Palmeral Kft. website (Palmeralshop.com). For further information, please refer to the El Palmeral Regulations.
How to Return a Product
Download and complete the Return Form available on the website. Send the completed and signed Form to our logistics partner, Complexpress Logisztikai Kft., at [email protected] who will handle the return of the purchased product. The system will automatically order a courier to the address you provided. The courier service will arrive for the package within 1-2 business days. You will be notified by email from the courier service about the pickup time. Once the returned product arrives at the warehouse, we will check if it meets the return request submitted through the form. If approved, you will receive a notification at your email address.
Refund
If we find the product in its original, undamaged condition, we will refund the amount within 14 days. For more information, please refer to the Palmeral Shop business policy.
Additional Return Rights
Remember, by law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Palmeral Shop provides an additional right of withdrawal and return within 30 days of receipt of the product. To withdraw from the contract and return the product between the 15th and 30th days, ensure that the product is complete, undamaged, and unused, meaning it has all the tags and security features that were on it when received, has only been used to determine its nature, characteristics, and functions.If these conditions are not met, withdrawal from the contract and return of the product is not possible.
